Your point assumes Jared did not put out Videos, etc to sucker folks. There is a big difference from buying a pink without the CEO telling you he is the most honest guy in the world(which is far from true-the man never accepts blame either) on a regular basis and making a bad investment. Peter Pan or Robin Hood defense for him probably won't hold up in court. Many folks in this stock were not pink scummy traders that you suggest it was okay to mislead to make some cash. I know some really hard working people military and not who had to sell their positions at a loss and will never recover them. Your gloating how you bought their distressed shares and making a bundle is not a very nice thing to do. Jared should make amends to the distressed sellers as well as the folks who held.
