unless the company and the insiders are 100% cleared of any wrong doing .. the lawsuits will be able to use any info they can acquire to use against the company and the insiders

Now this is the conversation we should be having. We need to stop stating everything as fact. Of course they haven't been cleared nor have they been found guilty.
