IMO, if Megas did, this creates a conflict of interest. As the fund should be used to pursue all possibilities.

As no one stated that the fund will examine possibility of including Megas, as he has fiduciary responsibility of BCIT, I have not contributed to the fund until some states that considering Megas as a party to any complaint or legal action is on the table.
