they have the wells notice .. the SEC has not disclosed and the company has not disclosed .. they have been told in the wells notice they were going to be charged with the violations listed in the wells notice ..

just answer my question ..

you stated .. they were cleared of wrong doing

who cleared them of all wrong doing?
