That is the same recruitment info that has been up from the start of the project. They "issues" you refer to are not issues that have come up as a result of their research and development, but issues know to be present with this type of fuel cell prior to the start of this research program. This is WHY the research program is being done. You should not interpret a student recruitment document as results from the research that has been performed since the university started on the project. SYMW has stated the university will not release results of the research with out going through SYMW.
