With Tony Cataldo companies the deeper you dig the smellier the insider dealings usually get.

I will say however that with reverse splits totaling 300,000,000 to 1 in last 7 years all before Tony got there, this company was extremely smelly before Tony showed up. Maybe the odor was mutually attractive.
