First off , you don't have to yell to get your point across. We aren't children on a playground that have to be yelled at.

Next I will say this is all just my opinion and I will admit that I am not the seasoned investor that I am sure many on here are . Even to me this is starting to look a bit on the shady side. After looking back on the last five PR's concerning this issue prior to the one released yesterday ( which was the main one we were anticipating ) each and every one stated Merger,Merger,Merger.....
Then suddenly when D-Day arrives the PR suddenly changes out of the blue to an Acquisition instead of a Merger which does raise major questions. Not only why the sudden unexpected change but how can a company that has no money buy another company. I would be more than happy for more seasoned investors to give valid explanations of this action and convince me otherwise but for now this raises a big red flag to me and causes great concern. The company might have kept their word regarding when a PR would be released but the content of the PR stating this " Merger " has suddenly turned into an " Acquisition " almost overnight has me very concerned. Seems very misleading to me and certainly makes me wonder what is Really going on.
