paulmk...does it matter if its legal? rich will make another Pr if there is alot of questions about this and the longs will believe him... thats the way it seems to work latly... matters not what Rich says it is taken as gospel by many... And when he lies outright it is ignored as if he never lied.. We know he has lied ...we know he has told less than the truth on more than one occasion.. he claimed the spings would be explained in next PR.. well next PR came and went... but Rich was too busy with many more important things than to mention that.. like Counting his shares... His new shares.. IMHO!
