but anyways i do have to agree with you about the announcing of the first 25 mil.
after trying to take the worries away with a pr then they should give the info on any funding coming in straight away.
they also stated that they knew about the problems the patriot act was going to give them they stated both and all party's knew about it. qoute;

so the 25 mil should be wel in the bank by now and the 75 mil he talks about 22 days and not banking days also initiated qoute.
The remaining balance of $75 Million USD will be initiated at 22 days past the signing of the contract on Monday, and will also take a number of days for the international wire to be complete. end qoute.
so that would mean that they start initiating at the 2nd or 3rd of februari and that would take a couple of days for the wire to be complete.
we are talking about the end of next week for everything to be complete according to the jan.15 pr.
lets just sit back and see if this really plays out.
