Today is January 29, 2010.

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - September 1, 2009)

Thanks to the enthusiastic conversion of the company's warrants by its shareholders, iFinix is pleased to announce that it is on target to release its RealTime platform during the 4th quarter of 2009

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - December 4, 2009)

The company's "B" warrants are expiring on December 30, 2009, which if exercised would provide the necessary capital required for the initial launching of Realtime. Management is confident that REALTIME WILL BE ON TIME.

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - December 17, 2009)

"BOSS, REALTIME WILL DEFINITELY BE ON TIME."

They further stated, "We want to mention that RealTime has been exhaustively tested and is ready for launch. The company is waiting for the data center, exchanges and attorneys to complete coding for the data feed, and agreements necessary to release the data to its end users and be able to launch RealTime."

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - December 21, 2009)

The exchange attorneys have approved the necessary documents for the data center to release the data feed to iFinix. As soon as iFinix receives the data feed from the data center, RealTime will launch within 24 hours.

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - December 29, 2009)

The cost for the product is $30.00 per month and includes NYSE Level 1, NASDAQ Level 1 [this includes OTC-BB], Pink Sheets Level 1 & Level 2, NASDAQ Level 2 . The initial launch on January 4 will not include the Pink Sheets data. Once the data center completes testing of the feed, it will be added seamlessly into RealTime. It is anticipated that this will occur during the initial two-week free trial.

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - January 4, 2010)

…..announced today that due to circumstances beyond the company's control, iFinix regrets that it is forced to delay the launch of RealTime.

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - January 8, 2010)

"During this delay, aside from working on resolving the coding error, the company has been in negotiations with several wholesale distribution networks interested in delivering our product to their client base. This may, in fact cause the early stages of the launch of RealTime to be stronger than anticipated."

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - January 20, 2010)

Initially RealTime will not have level 2 or the pinksheets, but iFinix will allow subscribers to use it at no charge until both the level 2 and pinksheet data is provided. The new hardware is expected to arrive later this week. Once installed, the data provider will test the hardware, load software and coding, and run the feeds through the new handlers. The feeds will then be sent to iFinix's RealTime servers. At that time the company will then further test the feeds.

INIX [iFinix Corporation] Due Diligence (Sticky Notes)

The company intends to use RealTime revenues, revenues from other iFinix interests, and outside investment sources to fund future product releases planned for 2010. This includes iFinix Trader and eFinix. Due to the complexity of Trader and the need to raise additional capital, it is not anticipated that iFinix Trader will launch during the 1st Quarter of 2010. iFinix Trader launch will be funded with revenues from RealTime and other funding options. The company will not dilute.

No revenues so far, does this delay Trader into the 3rd or 4th quarter? If RealTime can't get quality L2s in place, does this open the company up for dillution? Valid questions.
Finalization of the acquisition of Beckman Holdings, which is the parent company of Island Forex, will be completed by the end of this month. PR on the acquisition should be out by the end of January.

Still waiting for this too......another deadline that has come and............ almost gone.
