FRHV Transfer Agent dd clarification/comment;

Contrary to some statements made here on the FRHV board, the transfer agent for FRHV, Clear Trust, LLC is not "gagged".

The policy of Clear Trust, LLC mirrors that of the previous transfer agent - Island Stock Transfer.

The policy applies to ALL stocks in which Clear Trust has been appointed transfer agent, that is, all requests for share information are transmitted to the authorized officer of the subject company. Upon receipt of authorization, the transfer agent releases the requested information. This is NOT a specific directive from FRHV. Rather, it is the policy of the TA and includes ALL their clients.

A simple inquiry which consisted on one phone call to the TA this week cleared up this apparently "confusing" matter.

In addition, the company filed an 8k disclosing the name of the new TA AND the share structure just a few days ago.

Complete transparency on this issue, nothing less.
