Has MVSN protected any Commercial CDs in the US? NO. I imagine that one of the reasons behind this is the playability issues that they have been dealing with. I would think that record companies are scared of using MVSN in the States because they KNOW that if they do, they will be sued left and right in every court in this state, and will end up paying millions in damages in jury trials across the land. SCMI has accomplished what MVSN with all its capital has been unable to do.
