Dear Stehisit, I would think that with all the information that you have, your portfolio should include a large position in MVSN. This message board is one in which we discuss SCMI. While information about our competitors is welcome and should be posted, I dont see the value in you posting, reposting, restating, discussing, arguing, and rearguing your points on the competition over and over again. MVSN has protected 400 million CDs, great!!! Wonderfull!!! more power to them. 4 billion (please note the misleading headline) songs!!! atta boy MVSN!! You go girl!!!

Has MVSN protected any Commercial CDs in the US? NO. I imagine that one of the reasons behind this is the playability issues that they have been dealing with. I would think that record companies are scared of using MVSN in the States because they KNOW that if they do, they will be sued left and right in every court in this state, and will end up paying millions in damages in jury trials across the land. SCMI has accomplished what MVSN with all its capital has been unable to do.
