Exactly!!!! That is all that has been signed. It is like a LOI.

We are still waiting for the merger news. Obviously the s/s desired has not been achieved. So the market makers are doing their job as well as management to extend the quiet period and get the shares.
So all that has taken place is the signing of an agreement as to what we will do by both parties. They just moved back the fence in the ball park. The reverse merger is still in place given all of the paper pushing and legal loopholes to extend the time period.
