although the investor relations guy said "can be a complex and lengthy process" in reading a norma kamali piece about her deal w/ walmart. she said "Kamali told WWD on Wednesday that she first met Wal-Mart executives two years ago, but nothing came of it until talks picked up again recently." the key being "until talks picked up again recently"...so now if DLCR is in "serious negotiations" as per the PR...this could be deal could be done at any minute...http://walmartwatch.com/blog/archives/wal_mart_makes_another_attempt_at_high_fashion/#more
