I think they are being tight lipped right now because it is my guess they are down to the wire in the Purchase Negotiations and sorting out the final detail.

If everyone remembers the last formal News Release this is a transition and replacement of leadership as well, so I am thinking they are dealing with the changing of the guard, Contract buyouts and that kind of thing which is all very complicated and sometimes will take alot longer then you may have initially thought.

Just speaking in general in these kinds of things but everything sounds great when you originally negotiate something like that, until someone decides they want more or some other contingency then it can from time to time get even more complicated.

I am not thinking nor have I heard that there is any issue and have no reason to think this will happen any day. They may even be trying to sort out the PR Information Release and who does and what exactly it says. Lots of little things in these kinds of transactions but in my mind it's coming and look out when it does.
