Did it ever occur to anyone that maybe Dean doesn't want this to go until financials are filed? Again, his picture is not short term and if he does want to get Quasar uplisted ASAP, this I would think is a key step, to put the paper trail in place to get that uplisting as quickly as he can. If this is his goal, then the implication is that the share price will take care of itself and he's already judged that share price won't hold QASP back. I can imagine the sigh of relief from him and the QASP team (as well as us investors) when they don't have to trade in the penny realm anymore, where there is so much trading based on emotion rather than solid financials/revenues/business plans, etc.
