I am no longer a paid member so I can't reply privately. But to your question to me:

From the top of my head Flamigo main page is hosted by other provider because of the national chapter requires them to. Then there is a link to click to get on ICS system. Yes they are actively using ICS, started not long ago as they waited for the new year to get active on it as new members/old members renew the membership.

I know john has been busy putting information and creating accounts for members.

Having said that there might be more ICS communities that won't show up on google for this reason, main page is hosted somewhere else with a link to get on ICS?
