What part of..The President does NOT have the authority to enter us into a binding treaty...does he NOT understand? Congress does and ...we are in the middle of a recession (Despite what the FIdiots tell us from Washington)...how will we fund these changes?? And has someone informed clueless that there is no Global warming?? What local clean energy sources is he referring to?? And how in the world do you get a savings on something you still need to spend no telling how much money on to get running? Total BS...but the problem is...I think Kaptain Kenya is starting to believe his own lies...
