As Martin's letter indicated, they have hired on additional staff and have a warehouse facility to (it seems) to finalize a production model. During the conference last year Mr. Spencer spoke of the new design model that would need to be developed prior to going to production. With some funds finally, they seemed driven to complete this (my guess) before truly bringing in a Sparton type. The key, I feel, will be in the expanded trials and the attention of the media to the stock.
