I talked to Fred (CEO) several times last few weeks. He said he expects profitibility this month but they wouldn't be closing the books on Jan. until mid Feb. Then a couple days to run the numbers. When they know we will know. He is quite excited about the new Trinidad facility. He said it would be big. Not too many pinky CEO's buying their own shares on the open market. No dilution since mid 08 either. His buying shares pretty much rules out dilution and a R/S.
