I will bow to your expertise...but cant he sell shares now and file on the 10th of the following month?

The last time I talked to Fred, he was still buying. So, if anyone is worried about Fred selling now, you can put those fears to rest. Fred is especially excited about Trinidad. He said that facility would be huge for Amelot. After Trinidad Amelot will be developing the Tobago facility, but that's down the road a piece. Just look at the growth potential here. From the way he talked, his buying days were not anywhere near done. Those of you that have talked to Fred know he never gives any inside info. That is a sign things are for real here. He does not hype. He will discuss already released info and answer questions associated with that info. I have a feeling we will see his share count significantly higher the next PR that is issued.

The real question here is, how high can this stock go? I can't answer that but I can give an example where I sold way too soon. I owned ASFX under a penny. I sold just under 3 cents and the stock ran over 8 cents a week later. If I remember right, there were over 4 billion shares out there too. I'm not making any predictions here, except to say insiders at ASFX were not buying shares like Fred is. He knows this company will make him rich. Remember, this company has not diluted a single under Fred's leadership. Great things to come, don't let anyone scare you out of your shares. This is a different company under Fred's leadership.
