Just look what happened, someone or probably a group of investors bought up alot of shares before the PR, (and by the way that was the best PR yet by ARSC, IMO) Then they dump after the PR and now they're loading up on .0003s! We were saying a few days ago it seems like some manipulation is going on! The way it's been trading, I think some group of investors are taking advantage of this situation. Because if this company is for real this stock is gonna go from sub pennies to pennies to dollars eventually!

IMO, I don't think it's dilution. Why would they need to dilute and mess up their credibility if they are getting all this funding? And "if" they are diluting, why wait untill now? They could have diluted this thing to death and R/S by now, if they wanted to. But they didn't, in fact the CEO and the COO have been BUYING up shares, risking their own money! I'm sure they don't want to see the PPS go down either!

I think this is a huge shake out before a HUGE run! I'm holding to see how this plays out.
