Yeah, I read the last 10-K filing. Saw the ginormous payout to MTRO and the S-8 to max out the current A/S.

Now we wait for the A/S increase or R/S so they can dilute more, or what?

Too bad they're not incorporated in Nevada. Easier to track things. ( :
