I have to leave soon so I am hammering this out as fast as I can. TerkOH, please add anything that you remember, etc.

This information primarily comes from either Walt or Ron Wunderlich.

Walt gave us the tour. He kept remembering the camera and didn’t like talking as freely with the camera on (and I can certainly understand that). Walt was very nice and apologized several times that we were not getting a great tour because of the weather and not being able to go through the entire mill and see it in operation. He invited us to call him directly so that we could come back another time when we could get a better tour.

After our tour, TerkOH and I sat down with Ron Wunderlich for a little while to go over the questions I noted down from the IHub Board. Ron was great and gave us plenty of time. I could certainly tell that he has somewhat of a passion for what he is doing. He has studied a lot about mining in the area well into the past, and he has collected a lot of information on the mining history to include old maps of mines in the area. He showed us the locations of many things on Google Earth and in books and pictures that he has collected about the area. He has the names of all of the mining areas and mines in that part of Utah right on the tip of his tongue. It was quite interesting to me. He showed us the location of the Candy B. I believe he said that it would be about 10x’s larger than Hidden Treasure. He also very kindly gave me a rock sample from CPRK that has molybdenum in it.

David McMullin was out of the office so we could not get additional specific numbers from him regarding sales, more specific percentages, flow rates, etc.

Kita was very nice. She showed us some pictures of Mark’s wedding reception.

They let us keep our hard hats that we wore on the tour.

The weather was lousy (lots of snow). It was hard to see anything. The mill was not running and we could not go through the entire mill due to the construction taking place inside (upgrades). TerkOH and I are planning to go to the mine/mill again when the weather is better and we can see the mill in operation.

Once I have the video captured and can review it, I will see what information can be added that isn’t listed here. I will post the video as soon as I can. It probably isn’t great, but it is better than nothing, right?

• The mill is not running and has not been running for the last couple of weeks. It went down initially due to the failure of pumps under the thickener tanks on the outside of the building which are near the end of the process before the concentrate dryer. The decision was made at that time to go ahead and keep the mill down to begin installing the scavenger cells.
• It is believed that the mill will be back up in about 4 days, maybe a little more. When it comes back up, it should be running with 1 additional bank of 6 scavenger cells. It could be another 2 weeks or so before the additional 1 bank of 6 scavenger cells is ready to run.
• There was a layoff just recently of about 25%. They had 97-100 employees. They have around 75 now. The layoff is considered to be temporary. When production is back up, it is expected that these people will be brought back.
• Q: What is the percentage of Cu, Au, and Ag before the upgrades?
o A (Ron verified with geologist): Au=.25 oz/ton, Ag=18 oz/ton, Cu=24-25%
• Q: Expected % of Cu after the upgrades?
o 38%, but not verified with mill engineer
• Eagle Drift
o Underground mine. Drilling has confirmed that there is a gold deposit 85’ below ground that is 15’ deep and 45’ long. No more drilling has been done as of yet that would determine width or additional length.
o They have a plan to take the tunnel into this deposit and begin working it. I did not get any timeframes on this.
o Also, Walt wanted to be very clear that he is not making any guesses as to how wide it is or how long it might be. The only information they have is from the drilling.
o I can’t remember the exact terminology Walt used to describe this. I believe he said that it is not a vein. It is high gold content blended into the overall mineral deposit.
o .75 oz/ton
o 6.5 ft3 to make a ton. 27 ft3 to make a yard.
• Ron has a significant personal investment in CPRK stock. I will not post the information, but you can ask him if you like. His average PPS is a little above $.02.
• Copper Ranch
o Drilling equipment seen in the video near beginning and later on is exploring this area.
o Expected to be 5x’s larger than Hidden Treasure.
o % Cu is expected to be between 6 to 16%.
o Runs under the road we were driving on in video.
• Need input from TerkOH on these next notes as he wrote them:
o 70% up front from broker. Other 30% after weighing and testing.
o 92-93 per truck load
o 40 ton truck load
o 90% iron
o Vert float tanks: (2) 38’ and (2) 20’ 20-30%
o Rougher cells new add 70% something?
o 3700-4800 tons with upgrades
• Could not get name of broker we are currently selling to. Asarco is the smelter in Tucson, AZ.
• The company is currently working on financials for public. Ron said that the auditing company has requested many documents from him that he has provided.
• It is not believed that the Sheriff Sale will take place.
• The addition of reagent into the rougher and scavenger cells is being improved. It was being added at the beginning of the flow as it first entered into the first rougher cell. Piping is/has been installed so that the reagent is added to each cell through the entire process.
• The SX/EW installation is on hold indefinitely. Environmentalists/EPA have the equipment tied up that they purchased. Copper King has provided several scientific studies showing that there is no radiation contamination of the equipment, but they would not release the equipment. After a long fight, Mark, with the help of one of our congressmen, did get their $1 million back. They looked at another SX/EW setup, but Mark turned that one down. They are on the top of the list to get the one they initially bought should they be able to get it freed from the red tape holding it back.
• A person we talked to mentioned that Glockist has good info. We don’t know who his source(s) is.
• Chemicals mentioned in mill processes: Nash, 10150, and Superfloc
o The video shows some of the chemicals I saw in the lower part of the mill.
• We were not able to tour the upper level of the mill due to the construction being done there.
• The guys on the tour with us were surveyors that will be performing some survey work for CPRK.
• I heard that Mark Dotson is in Salt Lake working on a financing deal.
• Everyone I have talked to at CPRK thinks that CPRK is going to survive this stage and get into full production and onto the success we are all hoping for. The people we met didn't give me the impression that they thought they would be out of a job soon.
