I know the filing is due and at these price I don't see much down side. Great time to look for an entry and make some coin back. I know I will be putting one hell of a block support at .001 if it ever goes there. We all know how stocks bounce big off .001. Plus look at the history here. The company had a public float of just over 600 Thousand and did a 20 for 1 reverse and could have diluted millions but didn't so if the company has let these shares out I'm sure it is for a purchase or merger that will create more value for us and when that pr comes don't blink because this will gain 1000% quick.
