I have no doubt at some point this will make a "run". I also agree with the Captain that this company probably will be successful, however that does not mean it will equate to an increase in shareholder value. This company has a lot of bills to pay, key personel hires and aquisitions. While aquisitions have been assetts we don't have a real valuation on that. A 12M figure has been thrown around by the company in regards to Luxor but how much is the ART worth on the street. I would hope a 10Q in Feb would show that. My point is that when you cannot get financing and your delinquent on all notes with no repayment plan, the ONLY option is shareholders. But then you have to have something to attract new shareholders. When you do a R/S at a time when your putting your best foot forward with Luxor and CDS you would think that a better plan might be to attract new investors first, not a sneaky R/S. But again they have no choice when the only financing they can get is through dilution. They continue to dilute and do a terrible job with public relations on the whole matter. With their initiatives in play there should be more disclosure and a more willingness to hold on to a shareholder base that has lost 90% post split. Let's be real, that was the meat of the investors. There are new one's but they don't hold nearly the shares the old one's do/did.
I like .008 because I have factored in their current dilution which I think stands at 85M today and considering their O/S was equivelant to 20M (supposed to be) after split at a price of .10 and their recent hires and the salries, combined with carryover losses and recent A/P they added I come up with subpenny .008. I am not adding any goodwill or assetts to the equation that is why I think .008 is a good safe bet for me.
Everyone is going to jump on me and that's fine. But in the midst of my frustration and bashing at least I have a battle plan and a rationale. I may be wrong but it's better than people saying to the moon and undervalued with nothing behind it to back it up.
Good luck.
