How can Gross DOMESTIC Products include anything outside of the domestic US? Nothing is made in the US, except may be weapons, you name it, they are made in Haiti (gap, new balance, old navy etc), Vietnam (Columbia equipment), China (shoes etc...), India and many many services gone to Brazil, Argentina, India....It is all your capitalistic greedy America companies that got you guys into such a bad shape...sorry folks..but that is the truth....
