Why don't you just sell and forget about Grsr? This way you don't have to worry what anyone is or isn't doing? Understand how you feel about no news coming out of Company,think we all would like to see something about all the late paper work, but we have a choice sell or wait? I will wait and add if i can and if wrong it won't be first or last time. Good luck to you what ever you do?
