SCMI has to reach .17 to .26 cents to make any of the Sunncomm International options "excercisable".

PResident Jacobs needs to "move" the stock. If he has 5 million options, part of his executive salary plan, and they are excercisable at say .20,the "carrot" dangling in front of his is 5 million x .20 = $1,000,000.00.
