As was previously stated by others without authority to speak on the companys behalf, we can confirm that the maximum of 504 offerings was very recently reached. There are no discussions of any rollback of its common stock, and do not anticipate any for sometime. We hope the stock will eventually rise to higher levels given time and positive news.
