So, is it possible that they are keeping the share price low so all close to the company can load up? I.E. PR firm, Tom Gallagher, etc. Keeping the news in the bag as long as they can? Seems like a PR blitz could be in the making and all could come to a head in one short spurt! Somebody is purchasing a considerable amount of shares in this .17 to .22 range?
