since they have already produced units its means that they have the suppliers in line, this is an assumption now, but I will guess thats its mainly assembly that will be required. So an assembly plant basically. 21 mil divided by lets say an average price of say $3500 would be only 6,000 units. not really a large number as this is a big ticket iteim
