Shorting should only be allowed by retail investors and limited to a % of the amount of shares you own. Everyone else is insiders.
Its a no brainer down here in penny land and should be totaly off limits. The MM are the dirty birds in here. Hell they don't even need physical shares to short our buys.

Each share should have a unique # and each should be able to trace ownwership and transfer transaction to its origin. With computers and the power we have now, this is like being back in the cave men days. Just no reason for it.

Anyone out there thats intrested waiting with nothing to do but read on your I-phone. Google the DTCC and gust read a few articles. even better DTCC and naked shorting.
