You're welcome. This case is gonna hinge on some reduction of liabilities thru reduction of lease agreements/returning excess planes and a lawsuit with Delta.

Good news is that one of the rulings that came out earlier this week was good for Mesa...

What happened earlier this week...

Mesa and RACC - Raytheon Aircraft Credit Corporation - worked out a deal for Mesa to return planes and reduce some their liabilities on the balance sheet for @ $14 million...They owed RACC @ $33 million - now that # is cut to $14 million as it stands....could be precedent setting in this case as more leases/contracts are reworked in favor of mesa to reduce it's debt load from other creditors and prepetition liabilities, and shed excess...1st step in the right direction, in my opinion...
