If the sell exceeds the buys, there are two possibilities.

1. MM selling phantom shares which is not available for sale
2. Company issue new shares for sale.

I believe 2nd case is applicable here.

The price drop is caused by the greedy CEO and management. This could be over penny by now, if he did not start selling these shares. IHUBers alone absorbing a lot of shares. I thing Tom is not capable of understanding the management. He is very good on making money for his living. But eventually going to loose everything and go to jail.
