Power Sports Factory Announces Corporate & Warehouse Relocation and 75% Reduction in Expenses

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 28, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Power Sports Factory, Inc. (OTCBB:PSPF - News), the exclusive importer and distributor of fuel efficient motorbikes and scooters under Andretti and Benelli brands, announces that it has moved its offices to downtown Philadelphia, strategically outsourced its Parts Department and significantly reduced total office and parts overhead expense from $200,000 to $48,000 a year.

"On January 1st, 2010 Power Sports Factory moved its corporate offices from Pennsauken, NJ to 300 Walnut Street in downtown Philadelphia. This move decreased our office expenses, including Warehouse Rent, Phone, Internet & Utilities from $100,000 to $23,000 a year," said company's CEO, Shawn Landgraf.

Shawn Landgraf adds, "As an additional cost cutting measure we have outsourced our parts department to Sunright International in Atlanta. This move made our current 22,000 square foot warehouse obsolete and decreased our parts overhead from $100,000 to $25,000 a year. All service calls will still be handled by Power Sports Factory staff to insure quality and timely support, this is one of many strategic initiatives we finalized in 2009 putting us in a much stronger position for 2010."
