I don't know anything about him, but I feel that someone is trying to buy him out and cheat the shareholders in any way possible. YOu know the saying, "money talks, bl-sht, walks."
but if there is money in this company, hold on to your shares, it's risky, but at the price that it's set now it's not worth much. Most mm's want you to think that; but personally, I don't have much to lose, i bought in very cheap. I will hold my shares for long, long, time my friend.
