mrboston, look at VTPI's latest 10Q on pinksheets.com. They had $382 in the bank as of the end of their 3rd quarter of 2009. They owe hundreds of thousands in promissary notes. They only have a 100,000,000 AS which is almost maxed so their OS is much lower than QEDN's. Regardless of their financial condition and only a few employees the PPS went from .007-.019 two weeks ago of which I was a part of. Why can't QEDN's PPS do this with a promise and a prayer?
