There is a website quite useful for that. Just type " listing requirements for Amex and/or Nasdaq "
I did it myself and found some interesting things. For example at the time of the uplisting the stock must be at 3 or above for Amex and 5 for Nasdaq.
I read here many times that JBI needed 30 days above 2 dollars, so once again I am getting confused about the accuracy of the info from that board.
