Flaflyersfan, all investors need to be aware of this and many other possible negative issues, it is just smart. I personally believe that the market should be able to absorb any profit taking.

From the filing: 65 accredited investors for aggregate proceeds of $2,795,900.. For this very reason I believe that the market will very easily absorb any profit taking. There are 65 investors each one with a different target, goal and strategy. Now if it was just one investor, different story, different trading approach.
