Ok, after 3 emails from them I guess this is what we have to do.....and only if I understood them... which has some doubt.

You can enter a symbol for the stock at either Market Watch or at Big Charts then click on the options tab, once that opens you hover over the quote of the option you want to chart that will bring up a small window with a set of letters and numbers (string) that dictates the option.

Now if you did this at Big Charts you have to write the string down then enter the string at the normal page we used to use to get a chart.

But if you get the quote from Market Watch you can right click and open the properties window then copy and paste the string at Big Charts.

This is how the string for AAPL Feb. 210.00 call looks AJL100220C00210000

This is the 3 month chart, but it is not complete so I'm guessing that it will be a while before all the info is in for them to have the charts complete. I tried the 10 day chart and it was not complete either.



Hope this helps some and also hope we find a better way, I hardly ever play options but like to chart them some times and learn a little along the way.
