Apple is the dominant consumer electronics/mobile internet platform company right now. It is hard to believe. Intel needs to get close with Google on Android consumer devices. That would be the only combo that might slow their progress. 18% price appreciation on Apple shares and they have twice the market cap of Intel.

It is mind boggling to me how Intel can be at the bleeding edge of physics and semiconductor manufacturing yet have just over half the market cap Apple. Intel is doing something beyond rocket science and Apple is doing a sales job.

It is too friggin weird.
