Hi Stox,

It's been a while...hope you and yours are well.

If I may pick your brain a tad...

What is the nature of the "uphill battle" that management, legal and accounting are waging to get us uplisted to the OTCBB and why is it so difficult?
If the SEC/Wells Notice inducing infractions are minor and run of the mill, who or what is the enemy in this battle?
Can you provide some insight into this?
