Chiron, I believe at these low prices Ed is buying up and maybe Mr. Wiess, some one has to be selling for some one to buy, I believe Mr.Wiess has a plan,but he's not telling you or anyone else for what ever the reason, why would you keep your current shareholders in the dark about your business plan? But I also believe he is not alone in this, I believe Ed is in the back ground just waiting, and he will release his hord of shares, and of coures some will make some money on the ride up, while most will lose. Thats been ED's way of working the penny stocks for years, he is always in the back groung, until it is time to move his people in to key positions, and start all over. You just have to wait and see who is right or wrong here. Good Luck
