CaptianJim I do not know or care who has the SNV shares considering they were all turned over to UDHC during the SVN stock trade deal, but the Kinderview shares promised at a 1 for every 10 UDHC swap. UDHC shareholders should be concerned and demand their shares, that is the deal ED made while he was the UDHC CEO after Claytons death, even though I would like to know how Ed got control of UDHC if he was not involved or a share holder at that time. I would further like to know how many shares Mr Wiess gave Ed Hayter for his deal being made to take control of UDHC, there are only so many authorized shares available, around 28 million out of 100 million. SNV share holders control 44 million, 28 million on the current float. Not hard to figure out what is left, but to figure out where they are is something different. By the way Kinderview is SNV,Kinderview changed it's name back in September 2009 to Securenetview, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, with 55 million authorized common shares and 20 million perfered shares.The bottom line here is the SNV shareholders got a royal screwing so far.
