They will be covered with some form of filing or announcement, to cover their backsides and keep it legal. Only when they are ready. And as far as volume, are you kidding? We are talking about a five cent stock here. This is volume? When this thing was first announced, you saw VOLUME. Then you saw most of it come back into the market, to knock it back down. When the mighty volume comes in again, then you will know it is the time. If it comes in again.
