re WNWG: I am concerned that VERT is either A) selling stock for the company or B) liquidating a position for a large shareholder.

I have a theory where the selling is coming from. I found some recent 8-K's where two officers resigned from the company...one in Nov and one in Dec 2009. I imagine that they each owned a large amount of stock and that could very well be where the selling is coming from since they no longer have any interest in the company. Once they are finished...if they have not already...it should be ready to move north.
