I shuddered to see Sharon win, especially by a landslide. This is the butcher who dynamited Palestinian houses with women and children in them in retaliation for the death of one Jewish woman and child. He has also attempted to enrage the Palestinians at every opportunity; I guess stealing their homes was not enough. What a mess.

I wonder if Israel will be a radioactive desert in a few years. The Arabs have had ample time to buy nukes from the Russians at their fire sale. I sleep better at night also knowing the Department of Defense has 'misplaced' over 10 'suitcase nukes', which are perfectly suited to terrorism.

Anyway, on the bright side, it will help the oil companies. Sigh.
