Think about this for one moment. Canada is the home for most of the penny stock scams today. There have been many and seemingly, the perpetrators walk with nothing more than a slap on the wrist while pocketing a lot of $$$$$$$$.
A CEO who does not have an IR firm or answer inquiries is more than a little suspect. When the pumpers are no longer visible, the writing is on the wall for all to see.
