Acquiring or staking anomalous gold properties that meet our geological and economic criteria;
Developing these properties through advanced mapping, various geological surveying, sampling, drilling, financing, and feasibility studies;
Developing "next stage" properties through joint ventures, option/lease agreements, mergers and acquisitions.
Potential royalty and or NSR agreements.
According to their PR's they acquired the property, surveyed the land and took a sample drill. The "next stage" is what we are waiting for. Is it possible we are experiencing a delay because we are waiting for a joint venture, merger, lease agreement to be made with brownstone? Maybe they don't actually do the real drilling and setup agreements to collect the royalties.
